NoteFor participants who wish to come directly from the airport to the Tulane University campus, a taxi or Lyft ride from the airport will cost approximately $40 with additional charges for more than two passengers.  There is also a company called Airport Shuttle, which operates a shared van service to the Tulane University campus.  Because the van stops at multiple hotels and other locations, this journey can take 60-75 minutes.

Transportation will be provided back to the hotels after the President’s Welcome & Reception.

Friday & Saturday:

Shuttles will operate on a continuous loop from the hotels to the Xavier University conference venue.  There will be a printed schedule of approximate departure times available at conference registration and at the hotels. Please make sure to be in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before scheduled shuttle departure times.

Special Events on Friday & Saturday Evening: The journey back and forth from the hotels will take approximately 20 minutes each way.  For the Culture Night and Banquet events, it will be possible for participants to return to the hotel to change clothes or freshen up before evening events.  But that round trip travel will take about an hour whether using the HSA Shuttle Bus service or traveling by taxi or Lyft services.

Shuttle Services are being provided by:  NEW ORLEANS TOURS
